Reducing our environmental impact
At Entain, we are committed to operating our business in an environmentally responsible way. This means working to reduce our environmental impact, and making it as easy as we can for our colleagues to do the same.
Key to achieving this is working towards achieving net zero greenhouse gas (“GHG”) emissions within our own operations and to continuing to engage with our suppliers, to work towards reducing the GHG emissions in our value chain. Our targets are to reduce the GHG emissions within our own operations (Scope 1 and 2) by 42% in the near-term (2030) and 90% in the long-term (2035), based on a 2023 baseline.
Reducing our environmental impact helps us support the pursuit of limiting global warming to 1.5°C by 2050, as well as playing our part in safeguarding the health and wellbeing of the communities in which we operate.
