Our Code – Integrity at Play
At Entain, integrity and responsibility underpin everything we do. Our Code sets out the standards we expect across our business and explains how we make decisions, work with others and uphold the trust placed in us by our customers, colleagues, partners and the communities in which we operate.
Our Code applies to everyone at Entain and reflects our Values; Do What’s Right; Go Beyond; Keep it Simple and; Win Together. It provides practical guidance to help our people make the right decisions and ensures we always act in a way that protects our people, our customers and our reputation.
Our approach
Our approach is simple: doing the right thing is non-negotiable. Our Code helps our people understand their responsibilities, make good decisions and speak up if something doesn’t feel right. A strong culture of integrity helps us build trust, protect our business and ensure Entain remains a place where people are proud to work and customers can play safely and responsibly.
The main themes of Our Code
Our Code is built around five key areas that reflect the most important responsibilities across our business:
Protecting our customers – We are committed to providing a safe, trusted and positive betting and gaming experience, with a strong focus on player safety and early intervention where risks appear.
Protecting our people – We are committed to a respectful, inclusive and supportive workplace where everyone feels valued and able to do their best work. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or bullying.
Responsible business conduct – We act ethically in all business dealings, including managing conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, preventing bribery, fraud and financial crime, and ensuring fair competition. We work only with partners who share our commitment to high standards of integrity, ethical conduct and compliance, and we undertake appropriate due diligence before entering into business relationships.
Protecting our information, assets and technology – We take our responsibility to protect personal data, confidential information and company assets seriously and ensure strong controls are in place to safeguard information
Social responsibility – We are committed to environmental stewardship, community engagement, the protection of human rights, and the prevention of modern slavery
Speak Out
We encourage our people to raise concerns if something doesn’t feel right and provide clear channels to speak up safely and confidentially. Our Speak Out policy is an integral part of Our Code. We are committed to protecting those who raise concerns in good faith and do not tolerate any form of retaliation against those who report possible or actual breaches of Our Code.
