Dividends
In line with the Group's progressive dividend policy, the Board has declared an interim dividend for 2025 of c£63m, (9.8p per share, up 5% year on year). The interim dividend in respect of H1 2025 results is expected to be paid on 29 September 2025 to shareholders on the register on 22 August 2025.
Chequeless dividend payments
We would like to inform our shareholders that Entain plc intends to cease paying ordinary share dividends by cheque and will pay these dividends by direct transfers to shareholders’ bank or building society accounts. The first chequeless payments will be made no later than the start of 2026, prior to which shareholders will need to complete and return a bank mandate instruction to our registrars, MUFG Corporate Markets.
